She further claimed that Thirumavalavan promised to marry her but is now refusing / saying he does NOT even know her
She has photos of Thirumavalavan going to her house and keeping her kid on his lap etc
Thirumavalavan's refusal has caused her immense hurt and mental cruelty
She has also sought police protection as she is getting some threats as well
She claims that some of her properties have been taken away by four people using the name of thirumavalavan

கோவை மாநகர போலீஸ் கமிஷனர் அலுவலகத்துக்கு இன்று மதியம் 33 வயது மதிக்கத்தக்க கவிதா என்ற பெண் வந்தார். அவர் போலீஸ் கமிஷனர் விஸ்வநாதனை சந்தித்து ஒரு புகார் மனு கொடுத்தார். அதில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது:–
நான் கோவையில் உள்ள கவிதா தியேட்டர் உரிமையாளரின் மகள். எனக்கும் செந்தில் என்பவருக்கும் திருமணம் நடந்தது. கருத்து வேறுபாடு காணமாக இருவரும் பிரிந்து விட்டோம்.
அதன் பின்னர் ஒரு குழந்தையை தத்தெடுத்து வளர்த்து வருகிறேன். குழந்தையை தத்தெடுப்பது தொடர்பாக டெல்லி சென்ற போது திருமாவளவனுடன் நட்பு ஏற்பட்டது. அவர் என்னை திருமணம் செய்வதாக கூறியிருந்தார். கோவை ரேஸ் கோர்சில் உள்ள எனது வீட்டுக்கு வந்து செல்வார்.
இந்த நிலையில் சில காரணங்களைக் கூறி என்னை திருமணம் செய்ய முடியாது என்று கூறுகிறார். மேலும் எனக்கு மிரட்டல்களும் வருகிறது. எனவே எனக்கு பாதுகாப்பு வழங்க வேண்டுகிறேன். எனது சொத்துக்களை திருமாவளவனின் பெயரைக்கூறி விஜயகுமார், சீனிவாசன், கார்த்தி, ஜெயந்தி ஆகியோர் ஆக்கிரமித்துக் கொண்டனர். இதனால் மிகுந்த மன உளைச்சல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.
