EVEN IF pre-nups bcome legal in India, which court wil u go 2 IF wife breaks pre-nup ? date on date courts ?

Looking at the speed of justice delivery and the type of Interim maintenance that is delivered, I'm afraid pre nups can't save Indian men EVEN if they become legal in India.

Imagine u sign a pre-nup,

And let's assume the woman refuses to do her part ..

What will the  man do ??

Go to the same court that gives date after date ?? tareeq par tareeq ?? !!

and in the meanwhile she may get interim maint as well
