An urgency slip was filed by the counsel for the applicant and therefore, the matter has been listed today. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhupur P. S. Case No. 287 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No. 757 of 2013, registered under Sections 341/ 323/ 313/498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is the husband of the complainant. It is submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the applicant has paid Rs. 16,00,000/ as permanent alimony to the complainant.

The learned A.P. P. as well as the learned counsel for the complainant affirm the same.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest of the applicant or if he surrenders before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today, the applicant namely, Mukesh Kumar Mishra @ Mukesh Mishra would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur in connection with Madhupur P. S. Case No. 287 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No. 757 of 2013. Let a copy of this order be sent through 'FAX' to the concerned trial court on the cost deposited by the applicant.
