Petitioner being husband of the complainant is languishing in custody since 20.09.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 498A of the I.P.C.

The basic accusation is of torture. Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 12 of 1997.
