Police on Friday evening arrested the woman and also recovered the money from her.
Saroj Rani, 32, village in Hisar, had lodged a complaint two days ago against Atul Kumar of Fatehabad's Char Marla Colony. In her complaint, Rani alleged that she was raped by the shopkeeper when she had come to her friend's house to stay with her for some days.
