இன்று சிகப்பு ரிப்பன் அணிந்தால் "...எயிட்ஸை பற்றி நான் அரிவேன், அதில் உயிர் துறந்தவர்களை மதிக்கிறேன் ..." என்று பொருள்; இதே போல 498அ வுக்கு ஒரு ரிப்பன் உருவாக்கி அணியவேண்டும் ; இதில் உயிர் துறந்தவர்களையும், இன்றும் செத்துக்கொண்டிருப்பவர்களையும், இந்த நோயை நன்கு எதிர்க்க தெரிந்தவர்களையும் நான் மதிக்கிறேன் என்று பொருள்
