this routine of women filing cases, police accepting these cases AS IS, husbands running for anticipatory bail, lawyers and the system laughing all the way to the bank has been going on since last 20, 30 years
if anything the pace has only increased
In some cases the matter is so visible and so apparent to the naked eye
One wonders how long men will continue to suffer like this, without getting the big picture and without understanding that the who system including laws, police, administration yet all consider the man to be a criminal unless proven innocent and arrest him and his parents at the drop of a hat !!

Important learnings
******************************
* IF you get married and IF the marriage turns sourt OF if you do NOT submit to the will of the woman, the woman can unleash furry
* in spite of rampant misuse, the laws ARE LEFT as is for further misuse
* in many many cases police do NOT go into the complete status of the parties, the reasons for filing criminal cases, probably because the police are already deluged with cases or probably due to other reasons
* husband and family are left to run court to court ..... police station to police stations
* SHORT JUGDMENT so rest of info is available on the judgement itself !!
