Husband addicted to alcohol and ALSO gave SEX TORTURE ??? arrested as per wife's wishes ..I mean complaint !!!

In addition to Domestic Violence, Dowry torture, husbands are getting arrested for SEX TORTURE !! Now what level of sex is permitted, what is above the limit and what's torture is NOT clear to me.... However there are many instances where husbands are arrested for the CRIME of SEX torture

Here is a case where a man by name Karthik from Salem, Azagapuri puthur (aged about 28 years) was married to one Moahnapriya aged about 24 years. They were married for about 4 years. there are no children out of the wedlock. It is alleged that Kartik was in love with some other girl before marriage and he couldn't forget it !! so he used to drink and give SEX TORTURE to his legal wife Mohanapriya

Mohanapriya left for her parental house some months ago. She filed a police complaint based on which the husband has been locked up

OF COURSE the husband's version is NOT told just as in case of other men who suffer in silence
