Sakthivel Murugan, resident of Singanallur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu was married to Meena. It is alleged that Sakthivel was torturing his wife seeking fresh dowry. So wife meena filed a police complaint against husband Sakthivel Murugan, father in law subramaniam and mother in law poongodi. Police have registered a case and arrested the husband !!

கோவை, மே.10–

கோவை சிங்காநல்லூரை சேர்ந்தவர் சக்திவேல் முருகன். இவரது மனைவி மீனா. இவர்களது திருமணத்தின் போது மீனாவின் பெற்றோர் 50 பவுன் தங்க நகையும், ரூ.2 லட்சம் ரொக்கமும் வரதட்சணையாக கொடுத்தனர். இந்த நிலையில் சக்திவேல் முருகன் தனக்கு மேலும் வரதட்சணை வேண்டும் என்று கூறி மனைவி மீனாவை அடித்து துன்புறுத்தினார்.

இதற்கு சக்திவேல் முருகன் தந்தை சுப்ரமணியம், தாய் பூங்கொடி ஆகியோர் உடந்தையாக இருந்தனர். இவர்களது கொடுமை தாங்க முடியாமல் மீனா கோவை கிழக்கு அனைத்து மகளிர் போலீஸ் நிலையத்தில் புகார் செய்தார்.

போலீசார் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்த விசாரணை நடத்தி சக்திவேல் முருகனை கைது செய்தனர். தொடர்ந்து விசாரணை நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.
