Two similar cases - look what happened.
Manyata Dutta apparently did not divorce her husband when she married Sanjay Dutt. Every plug was pulled to make their marriage LEGAL. Manyata's ex-husband was rotting in jail because of cases filed by her.
Other story - Shoaib Malik wanted to marry Sania Mirza. His earlier marriage's validity itself was under question several times. Every plug was pulled to make Sania and Shoaib's marriage ILLEGAL.
