மாதனூர் அருகே வரதட்சணை கேட்டு இளம்பெண்ணை கொடுமைப்படுத்திய மூவரை போலீஸார் ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை கைது செய்தனர்.

மாதனூர் அருகே குருவராஜபாளைம் கிராமத்தை சேர்ந்தவர் கம்பிகட்டும் தொழிலாளி சிவா (27). இவரது மனைவி ராகல்(22). இவர்களுக்கு கடந்த 4 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் திருமணம் நடந்தது. சிவா, அவரது தந்தை பன்னீர்செல்வம் (53), தாய் சாந்தி (45) ஆகியோர் ராகலிடம் வரதட்சணை கேட்டு கொடுமைப்படுத்தியுள்ளனர். மேலும் வீட்டில் தனியாக இருந்த ராகலுக்கு மாமனார் பன்னீர்செல்வம் பாலியல் தொந்தரவு கொடுத்துள்ளார். அதை வெளியே கூறினால் கொலை செய்து விடுவேன் என மிரட்டினாராம். இதுகுறித்து ஆம்பூர் அனைத்து மகளிர் போலீஸில் ராகல் கொடுத்த புகாரின் பேரில் போலீஸார் வழக்குப்பதிவு செய்து சிவா மற்றும் அவரது பெற்றோரை கைது செய்தனர்.
