A soldier dies of burns at inlaw's house! police refuse to file FIR on in laws. To add insult to injury they ARREST his elderly mother us 498a [dowry case] !!! this is how the police in India act. the only person who can file FIRs are YOUNG WIVES !! rest are NOT human beings
