Father accused of kidnapping OWN son from School; Chennai Police TEAM rushes to RESCUE kid; Well, all this is happening ..NOT in USA, but in Tamil Nadu !!!

News from Dianakaran Tamil Daily : 

Kalavathy (35) lives near ICF Colony, Ambathur, Chennai. She works as a tailor in a garment exporting unit. Her husband Sivakumar lives away from her at a place called Theni (approx 300 ..350 km from Chennai )

Kalavathi and Sivakumar fell in love 15 years ago and got married

Differences arose between the couple and they seem to be litigating in courts. They are living apart over the last 4 years. There is some dispute regarding the ownership of house property at Ambattur, Chennai . It seems Kalavathy has got a favourable judgement in this case

Sivakumar seems to be maintaining the couple's daughter Lucky Priya aged 12 years. Kalavathi was maintaining the son Akash

Over the last two years, Kalavathi was not allowing Sivakumar to meet his beloved son

Saddened by this, it is alleged that Sivakumar has kidnapped the son from his school

Following Kalavathy's complaint, police spoke to Sivakumar who said that the kid was with him, and he would return the kid after purchasing clothes for him

However as the deadline for returning the kid has expired and as sivakumar's mobile phone is switched off , a special police team is rushing to Theni to rescue the kid from the father 

the fact that the own father kidnapped his son has created a flutter at ambathur !!

ஆவடி : மனைவியுடன் ஏற்பட்ட கருத்து வேறுபாடு காரணமாக மகனை கடத்திச்சென்ற தந்தையை பிடிக்க தனிப்படையினர் தேனி விரைந்தனர். 

அம்பத்தூர் ஐசிஎப் காலனி வீட்டுவசதி வாரிய குடியிருப்பில் வசிப்பவர் கலாவதி (35). தனியார் ஏற்றுமதி நிறுவன டெய்லர். இவரது கணவர் சிவகுமார். கருத்து வேறுபாடு காரணமாக 4 ஆண்டுக்கு முன் சிவகுமார் மனைவியை பிரிந்து, தேனியில் வசிக்கிறார். அவருடன் மூத்த மகள் லக்கி பிரியா (12) உள்ளார்.

கலாவதியுடன் மகன் ஆகாஷ் (10) உள்ளான். முகப்பேரில் உள்ள தனியார் பள்ளியில் 5ம் வகுப்பு படிக்கிறான். நேற்று முன்தினம் மாலை பள்ளியில் இருந்து வந்த ஆகாஷை ஆம்னி வேனில் வந்த 4 பேர் கடத்தி சென்றனர். இதுகுறித்து அம்பத்தூர் தொழிற்பேட்டை இன்ஸ்பெக்டர் சரவணன் வழக்குப்பதிவு செய்து விசாரித்தார்.
அப்போது கிடைத்த தகவல் வருமாறு:

கலாவதி, சிவகுமார் தம்பதி கடந்த 15 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு காதலித்து திருமணம் செய்துள்ளனர். இருவரும் டெய்லர் வேலை பார்த்தனர். இவர்களுக்கு இடையே சில வருடங்களிலேயே கருத்து வேறுபாடு ஏற்பட்டு பிரிந்தனர். அம்பத்தூரில் உள்ள வீடு யாருக்கு சொந்தம் என்பது தொடர்பாக நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்துள்ளனர். இதில் கலாவதிக்கு சாதகமாக தீர்ப்பு வந்தது. இதனால் கலாவதி மீது சிவகுமார் கோபத்தில் இருந்தார். மகன் ஆகாஷை பார்க்க சிவகுமாரை கடந்த 2 ஆண்டாக கலாவதி அனுமதிக்கவில்லை.

மனைவி மீது உள்ள கோபம், மகனை பார்க்க வேண்டும் என்ற ஆசையில் ஆகாஷை கடத்த சிவகுமார் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளார். அதன்படி, தனது உறவினர் கணேஷ் மூலம¢ ஆட்களை வைத்து ஆகாஷை சிவகுமார் கடத்தியது விசாரணையில் தெரிந்தது. இதையடுத்து, சிவகுமாருடன் நேற்று முன்தினம் இரவு போலீசார் செல்போனில் தொடர்பு கொண்டு பேசினர். மகன் ஆகாஷ் என்னிடம்தான் இருக்கிறான். அவனுக்கு தேவையான டிரஸ்களை வாங்கிக் கொடுத்து ஒரு மணி நேரத்தில் நானே போலீசில் ஒப்படைத்து விடுகிறேன் என கூறியுள்ளார்.

ஆனால் நேற்று வரை போலீசில் ஆகாஷை ஒப்படைக்கவில்லை. அவரது செல்போனுக்கு தொடர்பு கொண்டபோது, சுவிட்ச் ஆப் செய்யப்பட்டு இருந்தது. 
இதையடுத்து, ஆகாஷை மீட்க தனிப்படையினர் தேனி விரைந்துள்ளனர். மகனை தந்தையே கடத்தியிருப்பது அம்பத்தூரில் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது.
