Krishnan (aged 20 ) a resident of Anandavilasam near Kumuli on Kerala Border (with TN) works at a private resort at Ernakulam

Over an earlier missed call, Krishnan came in contact with Anandhi, a girl studying in 11th standard. [Looks like the 11th standard girl had a mobile phone]

Over a period of time they got close 

Recently Krishnan called Anandhi to his house at Kumuli. She took her home, promised to marry her and had sex with her. Since Anandhi had gone to school and NOT returned her parents got worried and they complained to police. On inquiry it was known that Anandhi had gone to kumuli .... So police went to kumuli and retrieved the girl

The parents came to know that she haad had sex and so promptly filed a RAPE case against Krishnan

Krishnan , yes the same man who promised to marry his girlfriend , has been arrested by a squad under the leadership of adimali police inspector Mr. suriyan !!!

கேரளா, குமுளி அருகே ஆனவிலாசத்தை சேர்ந்தவர் கிருஷ்ணன், 20.இவர் எர்ணாகுளத்தில் தனியார் ரிசார்ட்டில் வேலை செய்து வந்தார்.இவருக்கு, "மிஸ்டு கால்' மூலம், ஆனச்சால் அருகில் உள்ள ஈட்டிசிட்டியை சேர்ந்த பிளஸ்-1 மாணவியுடன் அறிமுகம் ஏற்பட்டது. இருவரும் பழகி வந்தனர். எர்ணாகுளத்தில் இருந்து சொந்த ஊருக்கு வந்த கிருஷ்ணன்,கடந்த 21ம் தேதி மாணவியை மொபைல் போனில் தொடர்பு கொண்டு,குமுளிக்கு வரவழைத்தார். அங்கு வந்த மாணவியை, வீட்டிற்கு அழைத்துச் சென்று திருமணம் செய்து கொள்வதாக ஆசை வார்த்தை கூறி கற்பழித்துள்ளார்.பின்னர் மாணவியை தமிழகத்தில் திருப்பூருக்கு அனுப்பி விட்டு, கிருஷ்ணன் தலைமறைவானார்.பள்ளி சென்ற மாணவி வீடு திரும்பாததால்,அவரது பெற்றோர் வெள்ளத்தூவல் போலீசில் புகார் அளித்தனர். போலீசார் விசாரணையில், மாணவி திருப்பூரில் உள்ளது தெரிய வந்தது. போலீசார் திருப்பூர் சென்று மாணவியை மீட்டனர். விசாரணையில் அவர் கற்பழிக்கப்பட்டது தெரியவந்தது. அடிமாலி இன்ஸ்பெக்டர் குரியன் தலைமையிலான போலீசார் கிருஷ்ணனை கைது செய்தனர்.
